please do not consider others thoughts, when they are 'blasting' at someone. It does not matter that he does not reference, if this resonates with you. We all begin on a spiritual path through others, for the most part. Someone is living a way that makes them feel good and you pick up on it. You ask about it and they tell you, whatever it is. Then you become interested in it. You learn and what works for you, you keep...as in Iodine and whatever other protocol you have learned on CZ and in life. Spirituality is essentially the same YET it is what touches your IB, your Spirit, your connection with _____ (God, Source, Creative Connection, whatever you choose to name your Highest Good).

Do not allow anyone, who has the 'spiritual background knowledge' you believe you lack, to make yourself question what resonates with you just because they have an issue with it. Everyone does not resonate with the same teaching or belief or teacher. That is why there are so many out there.

There is nothing wrong with ET, if he resonates with you. If he does not, then let him go. If there are parts that work for you and others that don't, keep what does and release the rest.
