All the regular liver flush protocols still apply to this

All the regular Liver Flush protocols still apply to this. What does that mean? My guess is that you never did a parasite cleanse for an entire month before trying this. I think a Clark Liver Cleanse might have also helped (at least for comparison purposes).

Anyone doing any liver cleanse (imo) should do a month of parasite cleanses (herbal and zapping) first. If you don't, there is a good chance it won't work. I know that my second and third liver cleanses didn't work (and made me feel sick) because I thought I didn't have parasites. Wrong! Don't make the same mistake and think something is ineffective just because you didn't follow all the steps. Sometimes I think the people here forget all the steps because they've been doing it for so long or have tried so many things. Too many things become habit and are then taken for granted.

Concerning Bentonite and psyllium husk. You said that this works for you and you get "stuff" out, but this mixture does absolutely nothing for me. Does that make your experience "incorrect"?

By the way, the bentonite/pysllium just scrubs down the walls of your intestines, it does nothing at all for the liver. For me, I don't have a lot of intestinal plague (old shit clinging to the sides of my intestines), because I've done a few fasts, so this gets nothing out at all, but the clay is ok for removing some toxins. Comparing liver flushes to bentonite mixtures is like comparing apples to oranges, two completely separate things.


Now the Clark liver cleanse is another matter altogether. I have had good experiences with it, but it's hard on the body.

I will continue doing Clark living cleanses, but I'm going to give this one a try as well. Then I can compare the two and I'll come back here and let you know what I find.
