I agree with fsboeira. Problems with the gallbladder can linger for some time and the fact that stones have not been detected does not mean they are not there. I had significant problems with my right shoulder when I was liver flushing and I was convinced that I had damaged it. However, I kept going with the flushes and after many flushes I expelled a 1 cm white stone. This didn't show up with ultra sound. I am happy to report that my shoulder is cured and for the first time in years I can walk around with my shoulders back.

This is a typical biliary pain map:

There are three possible condition that can give right shoulder, arm type pain that is associated with the internal organs:
1. Pancreatistis. Severe pain that starts in the upper abdomen and often spreads to the sides and the back. The pain may flare up soon after a large meal, or six to 12 hours after an episode of heavy drinking. You may also have nausea, vomiting, fever, yellowish skin, and a racing heartbeat.
2. Gallstones. Pain in upper right side of abdomen; may spread to right upper back, chest, or right shoulder; nausea; vomiting; or gas.
3. Biliary. Searing, stabbing pain in the upper abdomen; pain in the back between the shoulder blades; pain under the right shoulder; nausea, vomiting, and indigestion. This is often associated with a infection and you may have stirred this up to a degree where toxic biliary debris has resulted in infection and inflammation. Consequently, I would suggest that you persevere with the therapy and keep flushing every 2 to 4 weeks until you reap the rewards.
All three condition may be cured by liver flushing.
