Hey Iam,

if you are unable to do the SWF, it is suggested that you can do the Smooth Move tea, morning and night, instead of just night.

Also, on your days (like weekends?) that are not so busy, incorporating the SWF might be a plan. It does clean the whole system, so is very beneficial, even if only twice a week (imo).
