If she is not used to raw, I would not start it now. How about some cooked chicken/beef with rice and veggies at 'regular meal times'?
At this point it does not matter what you feed her, as long as it is high in calories. My vet said back when I was in a similar situation give her anything she eats - cooked eggs, ice cream, high protein drinks. As long as she eats it does not matter. You do not want her to waste away further.
