White specks in stool/Flagyl question

For the past couple months I've been experiencing real bad GI tract issues including nausea, burning sensations in the upper abdomen, and most of all diarrhea real bad. I could go over all my symptoms but theres quite a few. I have about 28-30 of the ones on the HUMAWORM website symptoms list.
My doctor clinically diagnosed me with c.diff and prescribed me with 500mg of Flagyl 3 times per day. Also probiotics twice a day totaling 20.5 billion CFU + 2.5 billion Saccharomyces boulardii.
After being prescribed this I started noticing little white dots or "specks" in my stool and my stool is very soft, on the edge of diarrhea and usually comes with a lot of gas.
Also, before and sometimes after a bowel movement I experience bad fatigue, a spacey feeling, a cold feeling in my upper back, and today I experienced ear pain. And always nausea during all this.
My questions are what parasites does Flagyl kill and what are these white specks? Am I passing parasites? Is that the reason why I feel terrible around a bowel movement?
Thanks in advance
