Ok I finally got around to trying inserting a Iodine soaked tampon, but I guess I need some help from whoever has done this. This is the first time ever that I have used a tampon. I am 42 years young and I have always used a pad. First I tried the all natural. I soaked it and the cardboard applicator was so soggy I could not insert it. Then I tried one of the tampons with the plastic applicator. It absorbed all of the water/iodine mixture and then it was too heavy for me to press out of the applicator. Well, I would like to know in detail how someone gets this stupid thing to get out of the applicator and get into a persons vagina. Can't tell I'm frustrated can you?
