Re: First day of 2nd fast I feel absolutely awful....

The reason i stopped the Humaworm is not because i didn't see anything it was because i gave the other half to my husband then ordered more so we could half again but then a friend of his was telling him of some signs that he had parasites so i gave half to him and the other half to my husband who i felt needed them more than me.

The reason i'm doing this long of a fast is not only to balance my body out but also because i had a bacterial infection that i took antibiotics for and wanted to do the fasting to finish the job just in case the antibiotics didn't work fully plus to eliminate the residue of the drug in my system. I would do another 7 day otherwise but i feel its important to completely get rid of this bacteria as soon as possible.

I didn't stop my last fast well at all. The first day i stopped i had v8 juice and carrots chewed up very slowly till mush and a few lettuce leaves. I felt awesome then the next day started adding regular solid food like salad and more v8. I should have took a full 7 days to get to solid food probably and definetly used organic juicing and fruit which is what i plan on doing faithfully this time. I didn't have any side effects of jumping right into food but i gained all the 12 pounds back that i had lost right away and didn't really feel like i had the full effect of the fast just went back to feeling normal right away.

I have stopped taking all vitamins and herbs and apple cider vinegar as of yesterday soo i will continue the rest of the time with nothing but water. I have noticed I am way more attracted to food this time around so guessing this time it will be harder for me temptation wise.... especially when i'm making food for my family. well about the types of vitamins and herbs i use i only use organic ones that dont' have anything added other than the capsules. So i dont' belive they have metals at least i hope not. I seem to feel better when taking them and don't get dizzy and black out when i take them (black out meaning when i get up i don't lose my vision) I have really really low blood pressure usually around 90/56 sometimes lower and sometimes slightly higher so in the mornings or when i get up suddenly or am in intense heat and start walking then i black out at least several times a day... well i'm rambling sorry haha
