Health is a way of Life, not a pill you can take to solve all your problems!

You already know that your Bad Habits may be what has caused you your problems, as you have said so your self!

You can continue to eat those foods which are making you sick or you can change your Life style and stop doing those things which are making you sick!

"IF" you eat foods which make your body too Acidic, then what do you expect the end results to be?

The Thyroid needs the Alkaline Minerals which the Kelp may supply in order to stay Healthy!
