yes think that recipe you just listed would be great. i would add a small amount of all those ingredients, save the lemon. i would make sure the water to molasses ratio is very high, tho. then just before you are ready to excercise i would add the lemon juice, at the last moment. maybe you want ot add some lime water and a pinch of epsom salt also to your recipe.

i believe electrolytes are usually calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium, am i wrong?
