Its supposed to be made of calcium of some type.
I don't really know if its all natural.
All I know is I have the most sensitive skin ever. I can't do chemical peels, even the really, really mild kind, I cant do scrubs, like the st ives apricot scrub stuff, it irritates the hell out of my skin.

This stuff completely removes all dead skin cells without any irritation. On my skin that says a lot. It also is supposed to stimulate the growth of new collagen, which it seems to be doing. I'm going to post some pics in a blog or something maybe soon to show my progress if I do Ill link it here.
