Re: Out of the 180s AND 170s! Hurray!!!!

Sounds like you are still doing great Nicky! I am ONLY weighing in daily because of another program I am doing online (weight loss group) and they require a daily weigh in. So far so good much loss and no gains so no binge eating...LOL Also, the daily weigh ins keep me accountable to what actions I do throughout the day ie what I eat and what type of exercises I do. And for me, I need accountability, or I will fall right on my face....

Don't worry Nicky, you will be seeing those 170s soon and then beyond! From starting around 200 you are doing a great job and you keep me motatived so you know:-) Also, I sent you an email on curezone of my real email address so we can keep in touch! Keep up the good work all!
