I have just had my mirena removed and its been 3 days. Reading all symptoms psoted feels like I am reading my own life story. What scares me now is the post Mirena Crash. At present I am bleeding like mad. I started using Maca the day after the coil was removed and I am hoping that this will normalise my hormonal imbalance. I also take blaskstrap molasses 5-6 times daily on an empty stomach for energy. Hope this works. I have resumed oil pulling every morrning to cleanse my system. Will keep you posted in after a month
