Detox or healing crises where you need to sleep

would be my guess.

I'm still learning and trying not to second guess myself. I still take pauses from Iodine that are probably too long.

Sometimes I get so pained and/or cranky and/or fatigued that I don't do the Shevin Salt Push or the salt-water cleanse like I should.

But they always make me feel better! Even when extremely fatigued and zombie like.

I think my own biggest problem, is that when I feel bad like that, I feel bad enough to NOT want to get up and do the salt-push thing. (or take MORE iodine, or take MORE vitamin C - etc)

But that is when we need to do it the most.

Again, unless you are going through a healing crises, and your body is simply screaming for more rest...is this possible for you as well?

Drinking enough water?
Eliminating well enough?

I feel your pain.
