my multivitamin has b-50mg and so i only take two or three of softgels twice a day and so i need more b vitamins and thats why i added b-100"
Got it, thanks. My Multi-Vitamins contain less than 25mg of B's, guess I'll get a good B source (oral) on top of the 1000mcg sublingual B12.
