A few comments to date:

My system does experience constipation if I do not take something for it but I do so my bowels are opened everyday, often several times.

It's taken me ages to work up to the 2 Iodoral so I don't want to stop that unless I'm absolutely certain it's not right for me. I will be taking my time before raising a tad again however.

This is interesting. My acrobat reader is corrupted so I will read more about this when I download a working program. I wish I could find more on the type of pain/sensations that releasing halides might induce.

It is looking like I may have a 'methylation cycle block' so I'm starting to experiment with that treatment as the products I ordered arrives. Cleansing toxins is an insurmountable problem if one has a block so there's not much point in my doing more liver cleanses or any of the other cleanse as if this is my problem, only opening the cycle will help me detox.

I'm not eating carbs. If it were yeast, do you mean to take the extra Chlorella with ground cloves and GSE?

The Chlorella I was taking is an excellent one. Can you tell me why you advise that I take lots more instead of less please?

I didn't realise that konjac purported to bind toxins. I got it on ebay once and hated it. I cannot purchase it in Australia and it's not on ebay anymore. We cannot import certain foods due to customs rules. I don't know about konjac. I just looked recently because I was going to have another try with the aim of raising my fibre intake.

Why skip MMS please?

Couldn't find any ozonated milk or cheese for Australia.

What's IP6 please? They don't sell peditox here in Australia and they don't mention the cost. I couldn't afford it even were it $50 at the moment. I'm a pensioner.

I don't mind how long it takes before I can move up with the Iodoral. I thought someone may have heard of my specific response to it but c'est la vie. The thing is, if I really do have a methylation issue, I will need to fix that before appropriate detox can take place.
