I have done a thirty day fast and rode a motorbike 5 days and nights (shiftwork) to work every week. I had the normal dizzyness from low blood pressure the whole way through but it never effected my riding. If anything I was more alert even than usual, and I was always a very alert rider! Longer journeys I didn't do but I'd just use your common sense. If you're tired pull over and have a nap then keep going. Always do it safe, but I haven't heard fasters fall asleep at the wheel any more readily than eaters.
