I know and feel that I can get of my medication, I have been slowly gradually reducing my dosage since last May.I have a book about how to get off of psychiatric drugs (Your Drug May Be Your Problem-by Peter R.Breggin, M.D & David Cohen, PH.D)

I have never taken any supplements in my life.I think if any vacanation that I had my life has had an effect on my ocd from the toxins of the vaciane being in my body

I plan to see a licensed healthcare practitionor as soon as I have the money in order to have toxins taken out of my body also undergo cleansing, & maybe have oral or intervenious chelation therapy.Also I plan to by organic foods and supplements.

Do you know if EFT would work best if I go to see a EFT practitioner in person?
