It is important to know why you are having acne. Did you just go on antibiotics prior to your bout of acne? Are you living in a moldy home in any way? Are you working in a moldy building? Sounds like something in particular caused this curious outbreak. Think back three years ago or so when the symptoms came on. See what changed in your life. If it was antibiotics you will need a good probiotic or friendly bacteria to replenish what the antibiotics destroyed. Acidolphillus and Bifidum helps. There is a product called Primal Defense. It is the best probiotic I have found. Everyone should be on probiotics. This will restore health to your intestines as well as begin to arrest the acne. With the cleanses and the probiotics you will begin to get well in the following months. Give it time.
