as I understand it you broke your fast on day 5.
If that is the case, then that is not nearly enough time to eradicate your health problems, which may have taken years to accrue.

The healing on a fast takes precedence only when a major detox has occurred; so within a clean body that is free of toxemia, a fast will center its energies on the healing process.

Nature works quite slowly, as in the case of a broken bone, so sufficient time is of the essence here. Sometimes a second and third prolonged fast is needed to achieve the maximum healing of the body.

Perhaps you could fill me in on a few more of your details, so that I will be better able to help you in that respect.

Just been reading thru some of your recent posts plasticat and the failure of the Doctors you have visited: your skin condition sounds pretty awful.
If ANYTHING will help this, then fasting will, but you must try and give Nature at least a reasonable amount of time to accomplish self-healing.

I can give you some advice based on my own experience and studies of fasting over the last 30 years, if you think that would be of any help.
