Well done on your 8 days of fasting Motherweary,
it can be a very uplifting experience for many, especially after the symptoms of detox have diminished !!!
When people see the evidence of their own eyes they cannot help but believe in what you are doing.
It also isn't that long ago that the medical profession stated that if you go longer than 5 to 7 days without food of any kind, then your Heart will collapse and you will die!!!
The Medical Establishment are very good with their authoritarian and autocratic ways, but this has very little to do with health and wellness..............

Don't worry or feel bad about drinking coffee, because if you continue with your healthy lifestyle approach, then there does come a time when you will find an aversion to drinking it and just stop anyway. Your body is a wondrous thing and will tell you everything that you need to know re' its care ad health if you listen hard enough.

My own advice about replenishing your food reserves is at least 8 days of refeeding is the minimum, but I would advise 8 + 8 just to make sure your reserves are adequate for a fast to completion.
