    My goodness! Well, here I am again. I tried to do a "minigroup" but that seem to have fallen through, so I guess I am on this by myself. Anyhoot, I have brought all my water and teas/green tea and I am ready to go! So, I will be doing a 30 day fast til July 25th, this is when I will be taking my Maui vacation:-) I will be grabbing my bathing suit and hopefully wearing it!

    Anyhow, here goes day one and so far doing pretty good. My start is 175 and my goal is to reach 125 (one day), but I would like to be at least 140 before this vacation. I will be posting updates by the week, which means next Wednesday I will post. But will still be here daily reading and posting encouragement to others if need.
