Livingwaters, that's great that you healed your adrenal fatigue. My cortisol level is quite low, and DHEA used to be sky-high but has fallen to low normal. I honestly don't take on the problems of others so that's not a concern. My adrenals tanked after doing a 10-day juice fast. My acupuncturist said the fast was too long, too much of a shock to the system.

I have a ND who wants me to go on Cortef, but I am hopeful that the cortisol in urine will be enough. I know it will take a long time; I just want to be seeing some physical benefits to make me stop questioning this rather repulsive treatment. Did you start with minute doses, or did you start drinking it straight? Mine's so bitter, and the bitterness stays with me hours after. Blecchhh!
