Re: Clogged up using PSYLLIUM & BENTONITE COLON CLEANSE

Hey guys... if you just read my last post, heres something strange. It started to warm up recently and I have been jogging. I noticed that after a movement and when I wiped, guess what...I found that the paper was orange...sure enough... weeks, months later, the orange color has emerged. This tells me that the last cleanse didnt make it through. Its so weird how I wouldnt feel that I be able to tell. guess the colon is strong that way. Digesting tin cans and chewing gum before needing to know the whole story. Anyways, this tells me danger, and to be super careful. It also tells me that I shouldnt do a cleanse unless Im active, and super especially when I am in heavy detox (like from abused substances such as tobacco). Not saying that first or second timers shouldnt, but for those older or underactive like me in the Winter time, be careful!

I also notice that some greasy oil was present and floating at the top of the water (like how gasoline sits ontop water). I did take a enteric coated fish oil caplet a few weeks ago, but I'm not sure that thats what its from. It make be some entrapped toxic crap (that looks like oil), that has been in there since my last attempt at cleansing. I remember that when I quit, my urine looked like sugar water and I had lots of white dissolved looking chemicals in the liquid. I wonder if this is the same stuff?

Any other experiences with enteric coated fish oil or colon cleansing with these symptoms?
