Aftermath of Candida

Dont give up.

I used to be allergic to dust, pollen, cats, perfume, chimps (probably) and just about anything I touched. Now I can roll about in the grass with my cat whilst emptying the Dyson. They've all disapeared. I was amazed.

I did some P&B Shakes. Strict Candida Diet.
Then GSE/Capryllic Acid, Lugols Iodine (8 drops a day in water) - terrible die-off for the first week or so. But now I'm just taking Probiotics and feel much better.
