So, that would mean watermelon, and Watermelon Seed Tea ...wouldn't it?

I know that, when my condition was first worsening, a few years back, a slice of watermelon in the evening would have me up in the nighttime.

Last watermelon season, not so much...but the condition was pretty bad already. But I wanted a piece of watermelon every day, from the garden.

The 'control' I feel now (amazing!) could mean that, bit by bit, my kidneys are cleaner and cleaner. I put that down to Humaworm parasite cleansing and to a simpler and simpler diet.

I suspect...

...Parasite toxins,

...Yeast/mold in its many forms, and, probably,

...Processed sugars...pH balance?


I didn't have any bread (except those two small pieces of French toast, with syrup) but I had the raspberries, and some ice cream, and some store-bought blueberry pie. (Because it was there.)

Then I had a few difficult-to-manage bathroom visits.

Now, the control is back.

I sleep funny...but I'll be testing the length of my periods of sleep. Three or more hours at a time will be a dream come true.

That H. whole crystal mineral salts bath is a biggie. I can't believe how good it made me feel...smooth and light and clean.

Actually, it's time for another...I'm guessing one per week. They say that follow-up baths only need 3 or 4 big handfuls in the bath. We'll see.

I still haven't made the sole (so-lay), but I will.

Control of my urinary functions, though I didn't lose it entirely, is heaven on earth.

Slow to achieve, but lovely.

P.S. During this past year, I used a chamber pot to catch my urine, on occasion. That's when I noticed some 'snippets of red threads' in the ceramic pot.

There weren't many, maybe a dozen, and they were about 1/4 inch long...square-cut at the ends. Later I saw one or two about 1/2 inch long, and a bit raggedy.

In every case they were dead.

Maybe all these years of misery were parasite related.

I would not have seen them if I had deposited them in the toilet.

Perhaps the Humaworm cleanses (4) were important in the way I feel today.

Whatever it is I'm going to keep on doing it!
