I fasted before and did gain it back (hince I am here...). BUT that was because I went back to my old eating habits and instead of having a "thing to go to, look good for this and that for a neno second" then tell myself "it's splurge TIME! You have worked hard, and its time to binge binge binge" How dumb is that? Real dumb. This time I have already in place my new eating habits. I have researched it and what will help me maintain my weight and not gain any back. I can even occassionally have a slice of pizza (cheese only I like), just not the whole darn box! (which I use to large). I don't want to be back here but to help encourage others and not be on another fast for weight loss because I binged myself like a lunatic.....
