I just read your post by chance. I wish I could say, "I had the same thing! It was nothing!" and make you feel better, but I haven't. However, I don't think you have HPV. I have friends with warts and I think you would know about it -- also, my strong guess is that they truly are genital warts, and that the genitals provide the atmosphere they need, whereas the anus and colon do not. It's a totally different environment despite proximity!

Please see a post above where I discussed using Iodine and oils for growth removal, and where there was some mention of doing a parasite cleanse. Even if benign, you don't want anything getting bigger/growing more -- both for peace of mind, and because it could eventually hamper your elimination.

Look at things very simply and realistically here: you are not in pain, are in general good health, don't have history of multiple psrtners. But -- there is something unusual going on, and there are some things you can do which will not harm you -- indeed, they will improve your overall health -- and which may well remedy the situation.

In closing, it has been my and many others' experience that when doctors encounter something they have never seen before -- which is outside of their knowedge and clinical experience -- they will either send you on to the next doctor (who, as a specialist, will often have that extra knowledge and experience to make a diagnosis) and/or will sort of start to make you feel crazy! Take it all at face value, make no assumptions based on fear, take some steps which will make you better emotionally and physically as action always conquers irrational -- or rational -- fear, and be assured that you're OK and that you can, indeed, get to the "bottom" of this!
