Yeah, candidaincontext, I just wanted to underline that IMO, the criterion for avoidance should be negativity and ''sucking your blood'' energetically, but not sickness per se. And the way to differentiate would be something like asking yourself the question: ''do I feel drained and depressed after seing this person, or do I feel OK, or even re-energized? ''
By following your instinct, you probably followed this rule of thumb without even realizing it.
In fact, most times, I feel better talking with my sick friend in the US than after talking to a lot of perfectly healthy people here.
