Glad to hear you are feeling better, gives me more hope :)

Currently dealing with a bad case of costochondritis. I have only recently found Kineso taping to help. My chiropractor suggested that as I improve, should use it to protect myself in the future. It is easy to learn, my chiropractor was able to show me and I taped myself up without any problem. I only mention it, since you might be interested. I was told I will have to always be conscience of future training, like you mentioned, regarding re-injuring my ribs.
