.some common one are chamomile, yarrow, thyme, anise, peppermint, spearmint and catnip. also black pepper and cayenne also asparagus, dill, fennel, and of course the beneficial to the kidneys, burdock root (take this in tincture form to make it easier to take)..Yarrow is particularly powerful as a diaphoretic.
why? you need to sweat a lot to remove excess fluid buildup and toxins through the skin to assist the kidneys
Diaphoretic recommended by Dr Christopher for the kidneys: See formula using juniper berries, parsley seed and the rest elsewhere and those of dr schulze.
Spearmint: It has a gentle diaphoretic action of mild perspiration, and as a diuretic it is very beneficial to the kidney, bladder (especially for suppression of urine)
