Hi, the ND I am working with now is a female. When she did the muscle testing she came up with what I should take.

She does know about the weight loss.

It is hard to try to rid of candida & parasites. I keep reding this stuff like mangos, papayas & pineapple are anti-parasitic and I miss all those. I wish I could work on the parasites then the candida if that makes any sense. My ND says that the candida will take longer to treat like 4-5 mos. mabey.

Now here is the strange thing. After all my research, I've been convinced my liver is in distress but when she did the kinesiology, it showed to be normal. But everything else was out of whack (especially my spleen), except for my heart which she says is strong.

Well I was doing cardio often so mabey that is why. Now I am only doing walking, some yoga on my own & a few arm weights. I didn't even go to my gym this week at all. I am too skinny to even be there now. Is is even safe to weight train? I stopped doing it at the wrong time on top of losing the weight & stopping the yoga.

But I am shocked that my liver is okay????

I am seeing her in two more weeks.

I am finally going to do food allergy testing.

I recently started Diflucan for one month cause I had taken it before & think it helped. I had to go on antibiotics 3 mos ago for a cat bite. What sucks is I had just finished taking it for one month when that happened & I was seeing results I believe.

If I already posted that I'm sorry, I am making alot of mistakes. I noticed today my butt is completely flat. I never knew I had one before but I must have, lol.
