how much of a detox reaction do you have during the fast if you only take urine during the fast ?

I make sure I have UT every day, the amount will vary depending on what I do but I find if I don't have it I start feeling a bit "off", less aware I guess and more irritable and I am doing it to heal myself of a number of problems which is working. My idea of having a light day is 1-2 glasses. On the heavy days I will have over 10 glasses

how much of your urine do you consume when fasting ?
