Hello :-)

Hello Doc and all.

Hope you are all having a good summer. here it has been raining for a week , but seems we are getting lucky, and getting some sun today. I´ll soak every ray.;-)

Did liverflush #15 the other day. Still stones coming out , so far from done with those. Doing one every two weeks now. Also saw some cottonballs with the black thread-leg kind of thing this time.

I am still very inflamed in my joints , and they are limited in motion range. My soul is getting stronger though , my spirit and hope towards still having a life is getting stronger. So, I must be moving forward.

I have an inflamed wisdom-tooth sitting way down in my jaw , that I have been trying to ignore. Now I have decided it just has to come out. So, operation for me. I am working on my feeling towards this , as I have been soooo scared to have this done. There will have to be some pain medication , but not for long I hope. Wish me luck:-))) Maybe my recovery will speed after this.

I have read so much about the healing rays of the sun , and living in Norway , I am just not gonna get that all winter. Any suggestions as to what to do? I know doc says no synthetics.

Oh , and I was wondering if I should try MMS soon , just to see if it will clean out some more stuff for me. Now after all the flushes maybe I can handle it? . What do you think Doc??
