Chlorophyll is known to "deodorise" the body - you can get it in liquid form, sometimes with peppermint added. That may help with the breath until you can do some body cleansing.
I don't know if you've read much here, but it's worth researching Bowel Cleansing especially - maybe an oxygen type cleanser rather than a harsher fibre based cleanse? (you'll figure out what's right for you, though)
