First Liver flush Completed. thanks Barefoot MH, Wanna See Worms, PlzChuckle and Telman

thank you all that guided and helped me through my flush. i know i asked you all a million questions and you guys were probably thinking that im crazy but im always anxious about the unknown. flush went great. used the barefoot kit instead of the usual clark protocol. no difference except he has a solution that makes the Epsom Salt taste bearable. next time i plan to do use regular Epsom Salts as my fear of flushing has subsided. results were mixed. woke up this morning at 10( took off from work ) and used the bathroom. nothing but diareah and absolutely green water. dint see no stones or bugs but there was so much of the green stool that i dint have the cojones to investigate. the smell wasnt that welcoming. maybe there were some but i dint see. i asked barefoot though and he said that any green is a sign of bile flush so i did have some kind of lush. went to the bathroom a couple of times after and nothing really, just diarreah and it wasnt that dark green anymore. no stones either. was kinda dissapointed but thought that atleast i flushed the liver which cant be bad as atleast it cleared up the pipes.
righyt now went again but this type worms. couldnt make out clearly as there was diareah and it was red as i had some beetruit juice for lunch but there were a few that were clearly visible. they were big, atleast the size of a nickel. some were brown and some were black. different shapes and looked like different types. slimy, hair or feet sticking out. one of them looked like a beetle or something.
insted of being freaked out im ecstatic. not only does it kinda revalidate my thinking that i need cleansing and parasite killing, not inly does it finally put a face to my issues and illnesses, it also bears fruit to my efforts for the last 2 months. i finally know that i got some and im going to go after them like mad.

this was my first flush and definately wont be the last. i will incorporate olive oil and lecthicin into my daily regimen but i still think that the occasional flush can do more good than harm and can only clean out anything thats backed up. mine surely did.

thanks to those that i mentioned above and also to all on this forum that are offering advice and sharing their experiences. that has helped alot.
