Please read and answer honestly?

Hi,

there are lots of people on these boards who self-diagnose because their doctors are not up to the job they are paid for. And, I am just wandering: who has actually been so ill, been barely able to function and never thought they would be cured?

And, who has actually turned it round and either made a small recovery or even a full recovery?

I would appreciate all answers as I am very low on confidence at the moment and have tried every supplement and protocol going but am still awfully ill and can barely think straight or move.
