Hey there. Check out the link at the top of the page to my before and after pics. I definitely have made a recovery in a major way, however I still have my bad days, and I think it's more a constant journey than a destination. We are constantly learning about how to love and care for our bodies more every day. I'm trying to keep that mentality in mind while struggling like I am right now (I'm going through a new wave of detox and its sort of thrown me off, my skin is breaking out again). But no matter if I have bad days or weeks or not I know the more I detox and heal and continue to improve the better I will end up. So if I have to take a minor step back, maybe break out a little while detoxing again, then take a massive step forward from being cleaner, thats fine with me! Just don't give up, and stay positive, no matter what.
