Hi yes, I have done many parasites cleanse protocols. Also I did a colonic cleanse fast in Thailand a couple of years ago. Since then I have continued to do parasite cleanses periodically from clarkia to garlic, oregano oil and zapping. In fact, the chanca piedra Im taking at the moment is producing more worms than anything I have taken in the past. See picture. This is 10 minutes ago. As for candida, I don't know any definitive test for this. As far as I know its more about body signs and desires. I dont have typical symptoms of candida.

I agree about the protein. I was taking 50mg zinc a day for 3 months with combined other ingredients. Note, it didn't have any copper in it. Its just a hunch I have that I am low in copper, but ill never know for sure as the best test for this is a hair mineral analysis that isnt deranged. Mine is deranged, with calcium so high its off the chart and all other minerals low. Dr Wilson classifies this as the calcium shell. I would love to be able to make the connection between gilberts and this, as my mother who has really bad MS also has high calcium reading on her hair mineral analysis.
