Once again you have filled me with gratitude! I'm going to order those two books by Shelton, I agree forewarned is forearmed.

I've started reading the online book Toxemia Explained and found a quote at the end of one of the chapters that I found to be so true:

"WE are builders of tomorrow, and we need not pay a fortune-teller--a doctor, lawyer, preacher, banker--to tell us what will happen to us tomorrow. "Nothing will happen. The inevitable will come. We shall inherit the fruits of today's sowing."

That statement brings home to me just how badly I have been treating my body and what I have sown I am surely reaping. When I think of how toxic my body must be because of the way I have fed it, it makes me sad.

Thankfully I have found curezone, and members like you who want to help people like me. I look forward cleansing my body through fasting before any illness comes my way. I look forward to the day I will want to eat food that is alive instead of junk. I have learned that when you fast to completion your body will crave real food. I can't wait.

Thank you for the advice on the stomach cramps, I could live on bread alone so I'm sure you were right, just withdrawal from flour products. I wish now I hadn't broken the fast but you know what they say about hind site. The more reading I do the more confident I'm becoming, I hope to start my fast in a couple of days.
