take a look in the gallery up to your left. There is only one photo but i think it's
worth its weight in gold. It always makes me laugh. (I use it on the cover page of all my dowloaded UT stuff, that I plan to give to family, when the time is, uhm ripe.)
Like you, I have (- edit, make that had) until now taken the UT as drops, under the tongue.

Have only been doing it awhile, but mentally, feel very good about it.
I've also been putting it on my face, and it has really refined the skin quality.
