Candida, diet, fatigued adrenals, hypoglycemia and kidney problems

Hi, I am in desparate need of help.

I post on the Candida forum regularly, but I am confused as to what to do.

I have had Candida for awhile, I got it from when I took antibiotics for Lyme disease, for a year and half, and then I was pregnant while on them too.

I have severe Candida and have been doing the "Candida diet" on and off since last December. I have read all sorts of different things saying strict Candida diet is the way to go, or to eat fruit, don't eat fruit, eat grains, don't eat grains. I ended up with a horrible case of hypoglycemia due to fatigued adrenals. My homeopath said protein, protein, protein. So I spent one weak doing protein, protein, protein. The hypoglycemia did feel a little better but, now I have a kidney infection. I really do think I wasn't drinking enough water, but I am scared because I cannot have antibiotics because it could create more Candida and stress my adrenals even more and I don't even know if the infection is Candida or bacterial.

I had wanted to try the fruit diet, but don't know if I can with the hypoglycemia.

I don't know what to do at this point, I am scared. Thank you.
