Dead Yeast all over stool, raw diet may be beneficial!

So you all may remember I was saying that I couldn't follow the anti-yeast diet very well, I kept cheating...and even foods like we're supposedly allowed, like brown rice, I'd go overboard on. Then I got bad hypoglycemia and adrenal fatigue so I knew I'd have to take a drastic step. I've been on a raw diet as of late. I wanted to go full fruititarian but I still don't have the guts to do it mostly because of the hypoglycemia, where you do require some protein to feel normal. They say if you stay on the fruit diet, that goes away...but whatever....

I've been eating salads with dressing made from olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Some of the vegetables have been coming from my own garden. I did add some fruit like apples, pears from our own field and some blueberries. Also another yummy tip is adding crumbled pecans to your salads.

Today, my bowel movement was completely ENCASED in yeast. It was a whitish yellow and just absolutely encased and it was everywhere. When some of you said you've gotten yeast in your stool before, I found it yard to believe, like it was all smoke and mirrors. Wow. I would never believe it if I didn't see it myself.

I've also been using very strong oil of oregano so I don't know if that has anything to do with it....but I still can't get over this. I haven't seen this the whole time I've had Candida.
