I don't have a problem with your posts.

I admit that I do not read the very long posts that I feel are better suited to a personal blog.

It seems there's some confusion over the fact that a Facebook water fasting group was started, but, people all over are looking for health solutions so by having our cherry, non-withered faces over there, we can hopefully introduce the concept to others and direct them to CZ.

To me, I think a lot of this started over the appendicitis postings. To have someone actively coming here at least once a day and documenting their adventures in water fasting to treat appendicitis, only for us to find out at the every end they weren't even sure that's what they had has raised some warning flags. (anyone else noticed that person isn't posting any longer?)

We are a community and for various reasons have found water fasting to be a good match for our lifestyles. However, not everyone is 100% truthful about what has brought them to this forum so here we are offering suggestions based upon whatever information is provided. Due to that, I completely understand the need for a disclaimer and a FAQ.
