Might I suggest a leaky gut test? There is a definitive test for leaky gut involving mannitol and lactulose. Given your situation, leaky gut might be worth exploring. A hair mineral analysis, and a saliva hormone test, are worth a look.
I assume that you have alredy had your thyroid hormones tested.
