Chris, it never ceases to amaze me how little of what is widely stated as the facts
(and intoned by well-intentioned "repeaters") is the truth. It's kind of exhilerating really to watch the fog clear, though the experience can be profoundly disorienting at first--as I think many find out, when they first arrive at Curezone...

When you start to look closely, the whole edifice of *reality's what's what* collapses. The facts though, are that most people won't eat the way the body would truly want, and so the lies take the guise of a form of lesser truth: if enough people agree on something, (like fast food tasting "good" and traditional western medicine being based on genuine knowledge of wellness rather than a lot of guesswork about disease), then the lesser "truth" is a shared belief that poisons while it's upheld.

In the spirit of full disclosure, I shared some "battered" haddock (a rarity for me) with my partner last night. Supposedly all good ingredients... Delicious though the bed of wilted kale was, beneath it, sauced with tahini and lemon and garlic -like a warm vegan Ceasar salad dressing, for the first time since this fast finished,

I was thirsty later, and before bed had three (!) glasses of water--proving to me, if I needed proof, that this form of water (not what's in fruit etc.)is in effect the body's request for a purge--it's an attempt to get things moving out faster.
and on on.

I stood in the health food store yesterday, somewhat mesmerized by the range of grains, "smoothie supplement powders" and so on...and feeling an attraction to none of it, except a handful of oats, maybe, and some quinoa. Pretty much even that
seems a little 'foreign' to me now though.

my small glass of Celery and cucumber juice yesterday aft. was an elixir. :-)
