Re: Need some help please - Is this possibly Candida?

I suppose everyone is different but when I go back to eating off the diet, my candida comes back...that's just me though. I know this diet will be a lifestyle for me forever but that's just because I was too sick for too long and never want to go back there again, I have been battling it for several years and am finally starting to feel better and I know it's because this is the first time I have not cheated on the diet for several months. I used to do the diet and when I started feeling better would go back to eating whatever I wanted and drinking alcohol and it would come back in about 2 weeks but everyone has different levels of infection so I may just have it worse than most, especially because I have had it for so long without aggressively treating it. I finally brought out the big guns and got very strict but it took me being so sick from it that I had to quit my job. I am very anxious to go back to a "normal" life again and start working and being social again and I feel that I am almost there which wouldn't have happened if I didn't get strict and just do it. You are younger and have not had it for very long so I am sure your case is very different and you will be better in no time and back to your old life.
