you will have to pull *yourself* out (of the abyss)...or you will have a future of prescriiption meds, if you can afford them...
"Diet is a hard thing for me to do, I enjoy eating...
Sometimes avoiding my favorite foods can have a big psychological impact on me. Especially since I'm a big restaurant goer (Claim Jumpers potato cheese bread bowls! :) )."
Then you mention something like mini hotdogs...
I suggest going to the Ask Barefoot forum. I *would* suggest water fasting, but it's way too soon for that.
The basic 'cure' though, is the same, whether it's for candida or whatever. The labels don't matter. It's cleansing. That can't happen with any sort of drug which always has "side effects", and which destroys the liver. And "diet" isn't the answer.
You have to be fed up enough with putting your health in the hands of others, to take responsibility for it yourself--which remarkably, won't cost you much but dedication to living according to Nature. You also have to stop believing that maybe some test (or new pill)is going to tell you what you have, or magically cure it. The best that can happen within the system is that you'll find 'treatment' and 'management' of a growing range of symptoms--and you're already in that place.
The tests for parasites and for the liver/gallbladder are notoriously useless, yet both this are a huge issue.
Anyway--long story short, go the Barefoot's forum, and ask him what to do. You'll be shocked. You will have to give up what's called "non-human fod", which it sounds as though you are addicted to. More important than that though, you'll have to completely altar your worldview--which it sounds as though you are being called to do, so, have faith. Fear and panic too are all symptoms of this poison that have overtaken you.
You'd be amazed though--real health is something the body is actually quite good at, whn people *stop* doing the things they want to do, that stand in the way of good health. Number one is to stop willfully taking poisons of all kinds (aka favorite "food"s),then cleanse the digestive system...
Some have had their lives returned to them following a couple liver flushes. Think of the word "liver". Your liver is certainly toxic. That can make you feel as though you are not yourself...
As for giving up the game you used to play daily--a blessing in disguise.
I fell strongly that you should look into what Barefoot says.
