no, I don't monitor my adrenals with the graph. I used to do that but don't know how accurate it is? I started taking my temps again yesterday. I don't know why I feel so horrible on the cortef. I feel so foggy headed and just want to sleep all day, much much worse than when I was not taking it. I want to talk to the doctor about my dose but they are closed on Fridays...I have noticed an improvement in acne, like I said before and my skin seems less thin and I hit my knee on the table yesterday and didn't even get a bruise but still have the dark circles under my eyes
