stones in liver

I've had my gall bladder out but still had most of the same problems. Does anyone else get alot of belching and indigestion from stones. I am on my eighth liver cleanse and am finally getting some relief. I have passed about 500-600 stones. One stone was about the size of a golf ball. I am concerned about a pain that has recently developed on the left side of my chest. I'm thinking that a stone might be stuck and am worried that it might be too large to pass. Do you think this is possible?
